JBS USA is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our Pilgrim’s team in Cold Spring, MN. In this bilingual English/Spanish role, you will welcome new team members and guide them through their critical first 60 days, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and safety awareness to thrive.

What You'll Do

Ensure new hires meet all safety policies and expectations.
Manage the onboarding experience from day 1 through 60 days or until qualification.
Provide hands-on training on the production floor for 90–95% of your time.
Track and evaluate training progress, attendance, and qualification status.
Foster positive relationships between new hires and supervisors.
Assist with monthly Alchemy training and provide administrative support.
Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure successful onboarding.
Participate in HR and company committees.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in hot/cold environments and stand for long periods.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
Independent, confident, and reliable with great attendance.

Nice to Have

College coursework in HR or Communications.
Previous training experience.
Positive and motivated attitude.

Compensation: $25.20 per hour.
