Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to restaurant partners and guide them through the onboarding journey with enthusiasm
- Collaborate with restaurants to tailor the platform setup to their specific operational needs
- Conduct in-person training sessions for select restaurants located in Manila
- Deliver virtual training via Zoom to restaurant teams across the Asia-Pacific region
- Train key restaurant personnel using phone and digital tools, focusing on practical ways to enhance operations through the platform
- Support the global onboarding program with coordination tasks such as scheduling training sessions, gathering required content, and managing software setup
- Coordinate with restaurant teams and external parties to implement the RestRef widget
- Partner with internal teams to improve and evolve the onboarding process
- Efficiently manage a pipeline of restaurants to minimize onboarding delays
- Share progress updates, task statuses, and backlog details with team members and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Billing teams to resolve customer challenges
