Responsibilities
- Lead the employee onboarding journey by managing compliance and documentation, including verifying and preparing employment materials.
- Take full ownership of the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring operational needs are met and employee questions are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a cohesive experience for clients and employees.
- Continuously improve the onboarding process by identifying and implementing changes that meet evolving requirements.
- Maintain accurate, secure employee data in compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Support compliance efforts through participation in audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives.
- Identify and promote automation solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability of onboarding workflows.
