About the Role
This role involves working closely with new customers to ensure successful adoption of the platform. The consultant will manage onboarding timelines, deliver training sessions, and act as a primary point of contact during the initial implementation period.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding processes from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific operational needs
- Configure software solutions according to client requirements
- Develop and deliver customized training materials for diverse audiences
- Monitor onboarding progress and adjust timelines as needed
- Identify potential roadblocks and implement corrective actions
- Serve as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Ensure data is accurately migrated and validated
- Provide step-by-step guidance on system functionality
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Document client workflows and system configurations
- Gather feedback to improve onboarding procedures
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Conduct live demonstrations of platform features
- Support clients in achieving key adoption milestones
- Troubleshoot user access and configuration problems
- Assist in defining success metrics for onboarding
- Follow up post-onboarding to ensure sustained usage
- Adapt communication style for technical and non-technical users
- Stay current on product updates and enhancements
