Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees, including instruction on tools, workflows, and job-specific competencies.
- Create and improve training initiatives to close skill gaps and promote professional development through coaching and skill enhancement.
- Track the success of onboarding and training using performance indicators, evaluate trainee progress with feedback mechanisms, and adjust programs according to data insights and organizational needs.
- Establish standardized onboarding and training procedures to ensure uniformity and scalability, while maintaining and revising training content and knowledge resources.
- Partner with HR, Sales, and Operations teams to align training strategies with company objectives and act as the primary point of contact for onboarding support.
