About the Role

ON24 is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of our webcasting platform within new named accounts. This role is ideal for a high-energy, motivated individual committed to building a career in sales. You'll be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities across marketing, sales, operations, and IT functions.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage relationships in assigned Enterprise accounts to prospect and close new business with additional decision makers.
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to summarize existing business and facilitate introductions to client advocates.
  • Consult with prospects to determine needs, recommend solutions, prepare proposals, and get contracts executed.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Achieve all individual activity and revenue targets set by the company.
  • Log all sales activity, including prospecting, opportunities, revenue, and next steps, in Salesforce.com.
  • Attend sales seminars and meetings to stay current with market developments and trends.
  • Keep current with all ON24 product information, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Travel approximately 10-15% to meet prospects and customers face-to-face.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10+ years of direct sales experience within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships at all levels of enterprise organizations; a hunter mentality.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting online sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to converse professionally on industry topics and Internet technologies to sell to prospects.
  • Ability to create successful sales strategies for ON24 products and services.
  • Highly developed organizational, planning, and management skills.
  • Strong detail orientation with numbers, follow-through, and contract details.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with changing needs.
  • Professional experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Creativity, persistence, integrity, curiosity, and the will to succeed.

Nice to Have

  • Industry experience selling into marketing, corporate communications, and/or training teams.
