About the Role
This role leads training and technical assistance initiatives for tribal governments and organizations, supporting capacity building in housing and community development through remote collaboration and on-demand project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of training programs for tribal housing authorities and community development teams
- Provide expert-level technical assistance to tribal stakeholders on housing policy, funding, and program compliance
- Coordinate with tribal leaders to assess community needs and tailor support strategies accordingly
- Develop educational materials, toolkits, and guidance documents for tribal use
- Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, webinars, and training sessions
- Support tribal entities in navigating federal housing regulations and grant requirements
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical assistance with tribal priorities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tribal housing challenges and best practices
- Document outcomes and lessons learned from technical assistance activities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tribal clients during project engagements
- Adapt training content to reflect cultural contexts and tribal governance structures
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and technical support
- Respond to on-call requests for urgent housing or development guidance
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Compensation
