About the Role

- Promote a culture of accountability and transparency
- Gather feedback to improve the OKR process
- Ensure alignment between team and company-level goals
- Monitor adherence to OKR timelines
- Coordinate check-ins and review meetings
- Report on overall OKR completion rates
- Highlight areas of strong performance
- Flag objectives at risk of not being met
- Work with HR and management on goal integration
- Integrate OKR data into performance summaries
- Support leadership with progress dashboards
