Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license with at least one year of experience drafting title opinions covering lands in Texas.
- Familiarity preparing large, unit-wide division order ownerships with tract and allocation factors.
- Exceptional commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, analyze, organize, attend to detail, and follow through.
