What You'll Do
- Deliver logistical and administrative coordination for offshore vessel operations, aligned with established marine standards and safety practices.
- Assist Project and Marine teams in Australia with planning, documentation, and crew resource coordination to maintain operational continuity.
- Ensure all activities meet regulatory requirements and internal compliance protocols.
- Build and maintain effective communication with offshore personnel, vessel captains, crewing departments, and onshore managers.
- Support offshore deployments and remote operations within a structured rotational work pattern.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in marine or offshore logistics, with hands-on experience in vessel coordination or related roles.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance frameworks, and offshore operational procedures.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with vessel management software systems.
- Current BOSIET with CA-EBS certification, or the ability to obtain one.
- Valid OEUK medical certification.
- Adaptability to changing operational demands and comfort working both remotely and offshore.
