Responsibilities

- Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with procurement to manage vendor invoices and payments.
- Maintain vendor documentation and records.
- Provide regular reports on vendor performance and spend.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Facilitate vendor-related training and development for internal teams.
- Manage vendor-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to improve vendor services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and make recommendations.
- Manage vendor-related disputes and conflicts.
- Ensure vendor services support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
