Silna Health is hiring an Offshore Vendor Operations Lead

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor management lifecycle, from selection to termination.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Manage vendor-related risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor services with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain vendor management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews and audits.
  • Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and cost savings.
  • Ensure vendor services meet quality and security standards.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with procurement to manage vendor invoices and payments.
  • Maintain vendor documentation and records.
  • Provide regular reports on vendor performance and spend.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate vendor-related training and development for internal teams.
  • Manage vendor-related projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to improve vendor services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and make recommendations.
