What You'll Do
Manage the day-to-day functions of the Houston office, ensuring workspace readiness, equipment maintenance, and seamless vendor coordination. Serve as the main contact for building management, security, and emergency protocols, maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Support employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating equipment logistics, access permissions, and documentation with internal teams.
Organize and facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings, company events, and engagement initiatives. Uphold strict separation between two U.S. legal entities in all operational workflows, including procurement, billing, contracts, and internal communications. Track budgets, manage invoices, and oversee purchasing with precision and accountability.
Provide cross-functional support to People Operations, Finance, IT, and leadership teams. Identify operational inefficiencies or logistical challenges and implement practical solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in office management, facilities, or operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience supporting distinct legal entities within a single operational structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and standard business applications
- Must be based in Houston and available for daily onsite work
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in government contracting or NASA-affiliated programs
- Familiarity with commercial space or aerospace sectors
