Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance day-to-day operations for office locations in Boston and Wilmington, Massachusetts
- Provide remote operational assistance to teams in Maitland, Florida, and Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Oversee office layout design and space utilization planning
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all sites
- Handle budgeting for office-related expenses and supplies
- Support workplace culture by coordinating team events, social activities, and office celebrations
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies
- Maintain stocked supplies of snacks and beverages
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution
- Ensure basic cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces
- Serve as the main point of contact with building management and external vendors
- Lead project coordination for office upgrades, refurbishments, and remodeling efforts
- Collaborate with HR functions including local culture development, benefits support, and light administrative tasks
- Assist with onboarding processes and employee record maintenance
- Travel independently to the Wilmington office about once per week, with additional trips as needed

Compensation
The target Total Compensation range is $33–$40 per hour, including base pay and potential incentives such as equity or bonuses. Actual compensation depends on location, experience, and skills. All offers are contingent on a successful prehire check.

Reports to the People & Culture (P&C) team; collaborates on P&C initiatives and serves as liaison for building management and vendors across multiple office locations
Compensation & Benefits
