- Oversee office renovations or reconfigurations
- Track event budgets and report on expenditures
- Liaise with external service providers
- Implement sustainability initiatives in office operations
- Assist with onboarding new local hires
- Manage mail and package distribution systems
- Coordinate IT setup for new workspaces
- Support hybrid meeting technology needs
- Track office-related key performance indicators
- Prepare monthly operational reports
- Respond to employee facility-related requests
- Ensure brand consistency across physical spaces
