Responsibilities
- Oversee daily coordination of employee meals, including ordering, receiving, setting up, and resetting breakfast, lunch, and dinner areas
- Serve as a visible and approachable presence in the office, contributing to a positive atmosphere for staff and guests
- Coordinate visitor arrivals by greeting, signing in, issuing access passes, and guiding guests to appropriate locations
- Manage incoming deliveries by receiving, organizing, and distributing packages and goods as needed
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms with attention to cleanliness, layout, whiteboard condition, and supply levels
- Conduct routine office inspections to ensure shared areas are tidy, well-stocked, and functional
- Provide flexible administrative and logistical support to the Office Manager as required
- Assist with internal office communications and simple creative projects such as designing posters or signage
- Help track office occupancy by logging visitors and supporting onboarding logistics for new hires
- Report office issues, maintenance concerns, or recurring problems clearly and promptly
- Support workplace health and safety protocols, including fire safety procedures and office readiness after training
