Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging in-store product demonstrations for eyewear, apparel, and accessories
- Interact with customers to explain product benefits and technical features
- Set up and maintain branded displays and promotional materials
- Drive customer interest during high-traffic periods at retail locations
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
- Follow brand guidelines when representing the company in public
- Promote limited-edition releases and seasonal campaigns
- Assist with event logistics including inventory handling and setup
- Report activity results and engagement metrics after each shift
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to safety protocols
- Respond to customer questions about fit, function, and style
- Encourage social sharing and user-generated content during events
- Support retail staff with product knowledge and customer flow
- Represent the brand at outdoor and urban retail environments
- Adapt messaging to diverse audiences and age groups
- Stay informed on new product launches and updates
- Ensure all materials are returned or stored properly post-event
- Work independently with remote supervision and coordination
- Uphold brand values during all customer interactions
- Handle product samples with care and accountability
- Attend training sessions to prepare for campaign rollouts
- Follow up on leads generated during events when applicable
- Maintain punctuality and reliability across scheduled shifts
- Use mobile tools to log activities and submit reports
- Collaborate with regional team members for campaign consistency
