This position requires a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who can integrate nutritional science into consumer-facing content and digital products, balancing responsibilities across marketing, product, and customer experience while ensuring all outputs are grounded in current evidence.
Responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and audit nutrition-focused content across digital platforms, ensuring scientific integrity and readability for diverse audiences.
- Provide expert nutritional guidance in product development cycles, contributing to the design and refinement of digital health tools.
- Monitor and improve the accuracy of a comprehensive food database by analyzing data inputs, addressing discrepancies, and implementing updates based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with support teams to develop clear, consistent resources such as FAQs, knowledge base entries, and help articles to enhance customer understanding.
- Lead and contribute to dynamic, cross-departmental projects that advance organizational goals, including early-phase initiatives and time-sensitive deliverables.

About the role
We are looking for a Nutritionist to bridge the gap between cutting-edge nutritional science and impactful user experiences. In this role, you will embed nutrition expertise directly into ZOE’s products and content, ensuring everything our members interact with is evidence-based, clear, and actionable. Your main challenge will be to act as a highly organised, proactive collaborator who can seamlessly balance tasks across marketing, product development, and customer support.
