Felix is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in weight management to join our digital healthcare team. You will provide online treatment and ongoing care for weight management and other health categories, helping to put patients in control of their health and wellbeing.
What You'll Do
- Provide online treatment and ongoing care across categories including weight management, mental health, birth control, erectile dysfunction, and skincare.
- Commit a minimum of 4 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform.
- Log in at least every 24-48 hours to address patient needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow the code of conduct as per your provincial or territorial governing body.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in at least one province in Canada.
- 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Direct experience with treating and managing obesity.
- Physically located in Canada.
- A billing number in your licensed province(s) for ordering laboratory testing.
- Available to provide a minimum of 4 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform.
- Member in good standing of the College(s) where you hold the title of Nurse Practitioner.
- Maintaining eligibility and willingness to be licensed in other provinces.
- Experience in telemedicine.
- Proficient understanding of technology, EMRs, and remote work.
- Adaptable and open to change.
Nice to Have
- Multiple provincial licenses, or licensing that meets our current needs.
- Cross-jurisdictional licensure.
- Additional certifications or training in obesity or weight loss fields.
- Additional experience in weight loss, menopause, mental health, erectile dysfunction, and birth control care.
