Eucalyptus is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide telehealth consultations and clinical support for patients across weight and men's health. In this remote role, you will deliver inclusive care and contribute to improved models of care and patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct telehealth consultations with patients, including diagnosing and prescribing medication as appropriate.
- Manage medication side effects for patients.
- Provide exceptional ongoing clinical support for patients.
- Respond to medical issues.
- Assist in the creation of improved models of care, extensive support programs, and better patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration without restrictions.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions.
- Telehealth experience.
Team & Environment
Work with a team of nurses, patient support specialists, and Euc GPs.
