About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
- Prescribe medications and recommend therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals on treatment goals
- Document patient progress and update medical records
- Provide patient and family education on health management
