What You'll Do
Guide the recovery and reintegration of injured workers through comprehensive case management. You'll assess medical treatment plans for appropriateness and progress, ensuring care aligns with clinical standards and recovery goals. Coordinate independent medical evaluations and conduct job site visits to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, legal representatives, insurers, and employers to maintain clear communication and streamline case resolution. Deliver detailed, timely reports following appointments and evaluations. Focus on outcomes that support both medical recovery and a safe return to employment.
Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Have at least three years of field experience in Nurse Case Management within workers’ compensation
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and effective communication abilities
- Work independently with proficiency in digital tools and case management systems
- Maintain reliable transportation for regular travel in and around Gainesville
- Carry malpractice or liability insurance, or be able to obtain coverage

Work Mode
