NVIDIA is seeking an NPN Program Operations Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you'll build dashboards and data visualizations for communications, improve key business processes for the NVIDIA Partner Network, collaborate on high-complexity strategic issues, and drive insights through data analysis.

What You'll Do

Update and build charts, graphs, and dashboards for communications materials and presentations to aid in data storytelling for internal and external audiences.
Identify, improve, and build key business processes for the NVIDIA Partner Network Program to enable internal and external processes.
Work closely and collaborate with the NPN Program and Operations team on issues of the highest complexity and strategic value.
Drive and gather insights through quantitative and qualitative data, enhancing overall business intelligence.
Participate in the full application life cycle from design to development, testing and deployment using company approved tools.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a sales or support environment, with an emphasis on analytics, business intelligence, implementation, system support, maintenance, and enhancement.
Strong familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Lead Data, Python and Tableau.
Ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Experience in handling large, demanding sales channel operations functions and partners.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
