Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle global category procurement, from supplier identification to contract award.
- Prepare and lead international negotiations emphasizing total cost of ownership and value generation.
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs, consolidate demand, assess make-or-buy options, and improve value through design changes.
- Oversee performance of key suppliers, including handling disputes and high-impact escalations.
- Lead contract management processes and ensure alignment with internal rules and standards.
- Convert category strategies into actionable plans, performance metrics, and measurable outcomes.
- Support and partner with internal teams to maintain transparency and meet business needs.
- Apply data analysis and digital procurement technologies to enhance decision quality and efficiency.
- Participate in or lead global, cross-functional projects within the procurement function.
