Responsibilities
- Drafting and preparation of various notarial deeds and deeds under private signature
- Liaising with banks, financial institutions and other relevant stakeholders regarding transactions and documentation
- Advising clients on applicable fees relating to their transactions and communicating the list of required documents and applicable charges
- Collecting, organising and verifying client documentation, ensuring that all documents are complete, valid and up to date
- Assisting in the follow-up of files and ensuring timely processing of transactions
- Handling correspondence, client queries and administrative follow-up related to notarial matters
Requirements
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Good drafting and administrative skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the notarial field would be an advantage
- Candidates with no prior experience must hold an LLB degree with foundations in Civil Law
