- Administer legal oaths, manage recording status, and follow procedural protocols to support efficient legal documentation.
- Follow standardized scripts and legal instructions during proceedings to ensure accuracy and consistency; sample scripts provided at no cost upon request.
- Preserve confidentiality and demonstrate a calm, professional presence during all sessions.
