Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term relationships with partner organizations, serving as their main point of contact.
- Deliver consistent and customized support to meet partner needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Work jointly with partners to design and develop social impact programs, emphasizing quality and measurable outcomes.
- Use partner input to refine and enhance program offerings over time.
- Guide new nonprofit and social venture partners through the onboarding process.
- Provide backup support to recruitment efforts when necessary.
- Prepare organizations to deliver exceptional experiences via structured onboarding, training, and communication.
- Keep partner data accurate and current using Hubspot, internal platforms, and other digital tools.
- Use data and technology to improve partner recruitment and relationship development.
- Coordinate with teams across functions to support experience delivery, events, training, payments, and operations.
- Develop in-depth understanding of partner organizations, programs, and services within the assigned region.
- Help define key performance indicators, identify scalable workflows, and support the rollout of new operational systems.
