About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support during electrophysiology procedures using 3D mapping systems
- Collaborate with physicians and lab staff to ensure proper use of mapping technology
- Train clinical teams on electrophysiology system operation and best practices
- Troubleshoot system issues during live procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac ablation techniques and technologies
- Support product demonstrations for potential customers
- Assist in post-procedure data analysis and reporting

- Participate in continuous education on cardiac rhythm management
- Coordinate with sales teams to address customer technical needs
- Respond to urgent field requests in a timely manner
