NinjaOne is looking for a Product Manager to lead our Core Platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for the foundational capabilities that power NinjaOne’s endpoint management platform, defining features and workflows that enable IT teams and MSPs to manage endpoints efficiently and at scale.
What You'll Do
- Help define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne's core endpoint management capabilities.
- Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap, evaluating opportunities and setting priorities.
- Drive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, and configuration models.
- Work closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery.
- Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand endpoint management use and translate insights into product improvements.
- Write clear product requirements, define workflows and edge cases, and ensure features are delivered to a high standard.
- Ensure core platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas to build on top of them effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team.
- 2+ years of strong Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or IT management products.
- Solid background in operating systems or system administration, such as: Windows, macOS, or Linux administration; Endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.
- Deep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts without needing to write production code.
- Proven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-informed decision maker who balances customer needs, product quality, and business priorities.
- Able to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-PM environment.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a highly collaborative PM team focused on building the core building blocks of endpoint management, reporting to the Director of Product for Core Platform.

- For roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey or Washington: $150,000 to $200,000 per year base salary. For roles based in New York: $150,000 to $200,000 per year base salary.
