About the Role

Nvidia is hiring a Platform Software Product Manager to define and lead the technical direction and roadmap for our GPU and CPU product line in datacenter environments. You will engage directly with customers, shape product requirements, and create the technical collateral needed for market success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of datacenter product requirements by working closely with customers, industry specialists, and internal teams.
  • Work with engineering to compose, evaluate, and review customer presentations, whitepapers, and other technical collateral.
  • Engage directly with our largest customers to capture feedback and develop effective sales tools to scale product impact.
  • Develop written product requirements for platform and device telemetry, software lifecycle management, and serviceability.
  • Work with internal teams and partners to ensure the availability of key IP, tools, and software for product success.
  • Lead the technical direction and roadmap for the GPU and CPU product line, directly impacting company growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of total experience in technology; design management, engineering, or design experience is highly valued.
  • BS or MS in engineering, computer science, or another technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to fully contribute in one or more key areas within 3 months.
  • Direct technical knowledge of processor, software, and server architectures.
  • Understanding of SoC hardware design and typical interfaces.
  • A strong desire to learn, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.

Nice to Have

  • MBA a plus.
  • Examples of customer-facing technical whitepapers and presentations.
  • In-depth knowledge of server platform design, microprocessor design, and SoC firmware.
  • Direct experience running GPU datacenter server programs.
  • Recent experience in key data center technologies: server architectures, software containers, job schedulers, parallel computing, deployment at large scale, resilient system design, and clustering compute resources with networking infrastructure.

  • Compensation: $168,000 USD - $258,750 USD for Level 4, and $208,000 USD - $327,750 USD for Level 5.
