The Czech & Slovak Marketing Lead will drive marketing strategy and growth for PsiBufet, part of Butternut Box, across the Czech and Slovak markets. This role involves crafting localized marketing campaigns, analyzing data to inform decisions, and leading subscriber growth and revenue in Czechia while preparing for the upcoming Slovakia launch.
What You'll Do
- Planning multichannel campaigns and marketing activities in the Czech & Slovak market
- Regular reporting of business metrics and preparing recommendations based on them
- Crafting local copy and translations that speak directly to the hearts of dog parents from both markets
- Shaping communications strategy to meet the needs of the Czech and Slovak market
- Taking full ownership of active subscriber growth and revenue in the Czechia market
- Driving new customer acquisition, retention, and customer win-back
- Working with the PsiBufet (Poland) team executing digital marketing efforts including paid search, paid social, influencers, social media, copywriting, and graphic design
- Working in a fast-paced environment and instigating improvements at speed
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role (e.g. Account executive, Marketing Project Manager) in the agency, media agency or as a manager on the client's side
- Understanding Czech and Slovak market and customer expectations, and know what resonates locally
- Experience in managing multi-channel online marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of driving business growth
- Understanding of success metrics and using data to make the right business decisions
- Be a self-starter and be able to work independently to plan and execute marketing initiatives
- Native Czech speaker
- Professionally fluent in English, comfortable working in a multilingual environment
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks from multiple workstreams

Work Mode
Hybrid role with locations in Prague, Brno, and Warsaw. Must meet in office (Prague) at least 2-3 times a week; 100% remote work not allowed; 3 remote periods annually (December, April, August).
