What You'll Do
Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives that power remote fleet operations and field support for self-driving vehicles. Guide the product lifecycle from research and requirements through deployment and iteration, ensuring tools meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers.
Collaborate closely with engineers, UX designers, and operations specialists to define workflows for routing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support. Translate complex operational challenges into intuitive software solutions that enhance fleet performance and reliability.
Establish clear product goals and track key performance indicators to measure readiness and impact. Serve as the main link between customer teams and internal development, gathering field insights during site visits and channeling feedback into the product roadmap.
Communicate progress, risks, and adjustments to leadership and stakeholders, adapting priorities based on evolving business and market conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in product management, with a focus on operations, logistics, robotics, or autonomous systems
- Proven track record delivering software in high-operations environments
- Experience with web and mobile platforms for operations and remote monitoring
- Ability to lead strategy and execution amid uncertainty
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and operational teams
- Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Design-oriented mindset with experience working alongside UX researchers and interaction designers

- Background in operations research, industrial engineering, or process optimization
- Experience in autonomy, mobility, or supply chain domains
