Midnite is looking for a Lead Product Manager to spearhead our new Loyalty & Rewards vertical. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a platform that will serve across our sports, casino, and free-to-play products. You will be instrumental in delivering an MVP, evolving our bonus engine and LiveOps platform, and designing systems to drive progression and retention.
What You'll Do
- Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Loyalty & Rewards vertical across all Midnite verticals.
- Ship a compelling, high-profile MVP by April that can power ATL campaigns and set the stage for long-term growth.
- Lead the redesign of the rewards and promotions platform (bonus engine & LiveOps), enabling CRM, growth, and loyalty teams to deliver targeted, scalable campaigns.
- Build layered systems including account tiers, challenges, streaks, and rewards that create habit loops and long-term engagement.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and CRM to deliver both platform capabilities and user-facing experiences.
- Ensure systems are engaging while remaining compliant, fair, and resistant to abuse.
- Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and refine features based on behavioural insights.
- Extend the framework to include features like Midnite Points, reward stores, exclusive content, and seasonal resets.
- Build robust back-office and enablement tools for internal teams, creating the infrastructure to run world-class loyalty and reward operations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering loyalty, gamification, or reward frameworks in B2C mobile-first products (gaming, entertainment, consumer apps, etc.).
- Systems thinker, experienced in progression design, reward economies, bonus engines, or LiveOps platforms.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments, able to deliver MVPs quickly while planning for scale.
- Player-first, empathetic to user behaviours and skilled at turning insights into engaging mechanics.
- Strong commercial intuition, understanding how loyalty and rewards drive retention and LTV.
- Collaborative leader, able to influence across product, engineering, design, and marketing.
- Innovative, inspired by the best in gaming, apps, and entertainment, eager to bring new ideas to betting.
