About The Role
We're searching for a perceptive, reliable, and highly self-directed Enterprise Solutions Engineer to propel continued expansion across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market. This is a pioneering role—an opportunity to influence complex MSP organizational engagement, amplify technical successes, and establish excellence in enterprise pre-sales. You'll manage the entire technical sales cycle—from initial discovery and architectural planning through proof-of-concept and implementation—while collaborating closely with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and generate measurable outcomes. Beyond running demonstrations, you'll develop playbooks, tools, and standardized processes facilitating scalable growth. If you've contributed to B2B SaaS business expansion in the MSP ecosystem, excel in high-pressure environments, and desire to directly impact future organizational development, we're eager to connect.
Location: We offer flexible remote work options for candidates residing in specific U.S. states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA & WA.
Travel Requirement: Up to 30% including strategic customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage complete pre-sales technical experience for MSP and enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive channel expansion
- Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams for accelerated implementation
- Support technical content review within RFPs and RFIs
- Serve as strategic communication bridge between Sales and Product teams
- Develop reusable technical assets and demonstration materials
- Represent organization at industry conferences and customer forums
- Contribute to enterprise solutions team's strategic development
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows system environments
- Familiarity with Linux/macOS troubleshooting
- Comprehensive networking concept understanding
- Hands-on experience with IT management platforms
- Scripting capabilities in PowerShell, JavaScript, VBScript
- Complex IT ecosystem navigation skills
- Experience with enterprise management systems

- 10+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture
- Technical background with comprehensive IT operations insight
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep domain knowledge in managed services technologies
- Understanding of SaaS solution evaluation and scaling
- High emotional intelligence and technical credibility
- Adaptable and urgent performance in dynamic environments
- Alignment with core organizational values
- Bachelor's degree preferred; technical certifications advantageous
