Responsibilities
- Handle outgoing calls to clients and partners.
- Manage incoming calls from clients and partners.
- Set up and confirm appointments.
- Assign and schedule appointments for remote field inspectors across the country to minimize travel time and ensure punctual arrivals.
- Monitor and respond to emails and scheduling requests.
- Confirm that appointments are scheduled and routed correctly.
- Collaborate with the internal team to accomplish daily objectives.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

- Work schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 12 PM to 11 PM.
- No travel required.
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as needed.
- Frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
