Under Canvas is hiring a Night Auditor for a seasonal, hourly position. In this critical overnight role, you will maintain camp operations and serve as the primary point of contact for guests. Your goal is to ensure guests have everything they need to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
What You'll Do
- Maintain composure, be resourceful, and solutions-minded in unpredictable situations
- Greet and check in guests at the reception desk, showcasing our amenities and activities
- Confidently take action, quickly step in to help others, and make sound decisions with minimal direction
- Respond to guest needs with a love of the outdoors and commitment to high standards
- Use knowledge of the camp and listening skills to predict and respond to guests’ needs
- Provide clear, accurate, complete, and timely communication
- Eagerly seek opportunities to ensure guests have everything they need
- Learn and share knowledge of local culture and adventure activities
- Reconcile accounting ledgers, make adjustments, process credit cards, and prepare billing
- Collaborate and interact professionally with guests and co-workers
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in hospitality or hotels
- Customer focus and a friendly disposition
- Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills

- High School Diploma or GED
