TPG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Night Auditor to be the crucial point of contact for guests and operations during the night shift. You will provide a welcoming atmosphere, ensure security, and handle all financial closing activities to prepare the hotel for the next day.
What You'll Do
- Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and manage reservations and room assignments.
- Handle phone calls, take messages, and provide guest information.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Complete administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and preparing daily reports.
- Compile and distribute daily reports to management, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Verify and reconcile guest accounts for accuracy in charges and payments.
- Prepare and balance daily revenue reports for room, food & beverage, and other streams.
- Post charges, payments, and adjustments accurately to guest accounts.
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and close financial transactions in the property management system.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches.
- Assist with preparing the breakfast area for morning service according to brand standards.
- Support housekeeping overnight by folding towels and assisting with light laundry tasks.
- Ensure breakfast and common areas are clean, organized, and prepared for the day.
What We're Looking For
- High School Education or equivalent previous experience.
- Proven experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
