Sparklight is looking for a Nexthire to spearhead initiatives that generate leads and engage potential customers for new business. You will be responsible for all levels of sales management, negotiating revenue agreements, and collaborating with partners for supply-side management.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years prior industry-related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Excellent business management acumen.
- In-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Experience with end-to-end sales, lead generation, cold mailing & calling, negotiation, and conversions.
- Goal-oriented with strong presentation skills.
