About the Role

Nexthink is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the West region. You will be responsible for generating new business sales revenue through strategic account planning, territory management, and field-based sales activities. Your focus will be on building pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales goals and targets for your assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop a regional strategy and plan to leverage Nexthink partners effectively.
  • Work with marketing to conduct seminars and trade shows that drive revenue growth.
  • Take a consultative approach by understanding customer challenges and future strategies.
  • Manage prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales process and drive opportunity closure.
  • Perform ongoing account management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
  • Build strong and effective relationships that result in growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer success.
  • Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Goal orientation with a track record of overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
  • A driven nature with a strong desire to be successful.
  • Discipline in managing time and resources with a sound approach to qualifying opportunities.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in early-stage companies that have brought new, innovative products to market.
  • Ability to evangelize the benefits associated with an ‘experience-based’ solution.
  • Adept at selling to multiple levels of the IT organization.
  • Skill in managing customer expectations during Proof of Concept evaluations.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Total compensation range: $109,000 - $170,000 (base salary plus commission/performance bonus).
