Act as the first point of contact for individuals seeking health and wellness support, guiding them with care and clarity. You'll primarily engage through SMS, responding promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries, while occasionally connecting via scheduled phone calls for deeper conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and reply to SMS messages in real time, maintaining a warm and professional tone
- Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to learn about each person’s health goals and past experiences
- Use tools like Calendly to schedule phone consultations when requested
- Record client details accurately in CRM and scheduling systems, following privacy protocols
- Follow up with personalized messages to support decision-making and appointment booking
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication skills, especially in conversational, SMS-based formats
- Clear verbal communication for scheduled phone interactions
- Ability to stay responsive throughout the day, even with irregular message volume
- Attention to detail when documenting interactions and updating records
- Basic comfort with Excel for occasional data tasks
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience with CRMs, telehealth platforms, or online scheduling tools
- Interest in or background with medical, wellness, or concierge health services
Work Environment
This is a part-time, remote role requiring availability during peak East Coast hours—roughly 16:00 to 24:00 GMT. You’ll work independently while staying connected to a supportive team that values empathy, curiosity, and meaningful client engagement.
