About the Role

Growth Acceleration Partners is hiring a New Logo Hunter/Enterprise Tech Sales professional to drive transformative AI-driven migration solutions and complementary engineering services to enterprise decision-makers. You will be a critical player in scaling our AI-first modernization business unit to $50M in annual revenue by hunting new opportunities and expanding account relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Execute a consultative sales approach, effectively articulating the strategic value of AI-driven migration solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify and develop new opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers to secure budget approval and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Architects, Delivery Manager, Engineering, Marketing) to provide seamless client experiences and expand account revenue.
  • Champion and sell the broader portfolio of services to existing and new clients, maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop a mastery of the BANT sales process to inform selling strategy and deliver results against a forecast pipeline.
  • Meticulously update and track sales pipeline and activities using provided sales and marketing systems.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in consultative enterprise sales.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time supporting the Northeast, United States.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Proven track record selling technology services, modernization, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to navigate complex organizations and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic relationship-building.
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience moving beyond fixed-price selling towards solution-oriented, consultative engagements.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, accountability, and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Team & Environment

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Manager, Engineering, and Marketing. Work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates located in the Mid-Atlantic or Northeast United States (Virginia or north) or the Midwest.
