Paired is looking for a Media Buyer to lead our paid advertising strategy for B2B clientele. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive them through the sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and optimize campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Drive qualified leads through the full sales funnel, from awareness to conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Continuously optimize targeting, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ads with landing pages, offers, and sales processes.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms.
- Set up, manage, and optimize tracking (pixels, conversions, events) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience running ads designed to generate leads and move prospects through a sales pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
