Remote Recruitment seeks an Operations & Marketing Assistant to support a UK-based business with diverse daily tasks. You will work at the heart of a fast-moving company where no two days are the same, coordinating operations, marketing, and recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including inbox and calendar management.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in marketing tasks such as social media scheduling, content editing, and campaign tracking.
- Support recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic performance dashboards.
- Manage and maintain documentation, records, and digital filing systems.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and bring order to chaos with calm efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in a hybrid role covering admin, marketing, or recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Zoom, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritise effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- A reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection are essential.
