At Remote Recruitment, we are hiring a Business Development Consultant - Recruitment. This is a pure business development role focused on winning qualified contract opportunities for our recruitment delivery and sourcing team. You will focus entirely on revenue generation and client acquisition.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify, target, and engage new client prospects across IT, Technology, and Security markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders.
- Secure new clients and win placement onto Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs).
- Qualify contract opportunities and hand them over to the sourcing and delivery team.
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and contract growth.
- Consistently meet and exceed agreed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment business development, with a strong focus on contract recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in winning new clients and securing long-term agreements.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated sales mindset.
- Experience using and understanding go-to-market (GTM) tools, processes, and sales functions.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of IT, Technology, or Security markets.
