About the Role

GeeksOnSite is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, remote position. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming inquiries by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships through active listening and efficient problem-solving.

What You'll Do

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Actively listen to identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized call logs in our system.
  • Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems and tools.

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, scripts, and procedures.
  • Proficiency with multitasking across multiple software systems and tools.

  • Commitment to maintaining organized records and logs.
