Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, and present solutions that address their challenges and deliver value.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with prospects to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties' needs. It is critical that this is done in lockstep support with the CRMified leadership member assigned to the Opportunity.
- Manage the business development pipeline effectively, prioritizing opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
- Provide regular and timely updates in the specified selling tools on business development activities, progress against targets, potential risks, and market insights to the Head of Business Development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
