About the Role

HopSkipDrive seeks a New Business Sales Manager to lead our team of Strategic Account Executives. You will drive revenue growth by expanding our client list, telling our story, connecting our value to client needs, creating urgency, and closing deals. You will deliver impactful solutions to prospective clients while fostering a high-performance culture.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with empathy, urgency, humility, and gratitude while fostering high integrity, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Foster accountability by empowering your team to demonstrate extreme ownership over their goals, quotas, and outcomes.
  • Grow market share and influence by constantly reflecting on, experimenting with, and utilizing an evolving suite of strategies and tactics.
  • Prioritize time management with organization, efficiency, and focus on what is most important for individuals and the team.
  • Seek constant improvement by demonstrating curiosity and malleability in sales approach, strategies, and tactics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including Support, Product, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Operations to relay and implement feedback.
  • Dedicate up to 50% of time to travel with team members for in-person prospect engagement, including meetings, follow-ups, and cold prospecting.
  • Manage performance by creating and evaluating team territories, goals, expectations, and priorities, measuring progress, providing coaching, and supplying reporting.
  • Serve as the voice of the team to leadership, relaying feedback, key market trends, changes, and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years as an individual contributor in B2B strategic sales with a track record of prospecting, pipeline management, pitching, effective negotiation, and closing within a usage-based sales process.
  • 5+ years leading sales teams of 5 reps or more to meet or exceed targets through repeatable and scalable methods.
  • Proven experience scaling a sales team through predictable and repeatable methods.
  • Commitment to building trust, credibility, and collaboration with internal and external audiences through clear communication in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment with minimal direction, high visibility, and flexibility to change.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, Outreach) and G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary of $150,000 in Los Angeles, CA with OTE of $230,000-$250,000. Final compensation based on location, experience, and skills.
