About the Role

At LEONEX Internet GmbH, we are looking for a New Business Manager (all genders) to join our Business Unit Technology & Data. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between sales, strategy, and process thinking. You will work closely with the team to develop structures and ensure the sustainable growth of our business unit.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new approaches for acquisition, lead management, and sales processes in collaboration with the central New Business team.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create strategies for long-term customer satisfaction and potential utilization.
  • Create, update, and refine sales materials, presentations, and pitch decks in close coordination with Marketing.
  • Maintain and develop the new business and contact database (CRM) and regularly evaluate sales KPIs for process improvement.
  • Identify cross- and upselling opportunities to contribute to the sustainable expansion of customer relationships.
  • Proactively contact companies via phone, LinkedIn, or email for new customer acquisition.
  • Handle inquiries, create proposals, and actively contribute ideas to the sales strategy.
  • Participate in and help shape events, pitches, presentations, strategy workshops, and the entire new business area.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills with a passion for connecting people and topics.
  • First-hand experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to work in a team and coordinate closely with Account Management, Marketing, and other company departments.
  • Sales-oriented, process- and strategy-driven thinking with a joy for developing structures and workflows.
  • Good organization and focus, even when managing multiple tasks.
  • A basic technical understanding or the willingness to learn.
  • Initiative and a readiness to take on responsibility.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an agency, IT, or online marketing environment.
