What You'll Do
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for healthcare providers, engaging them through in-person, virtual, and digital channels to discuss treatment options, product use, and patient care strategies. You'll deliver balanced, evidence-based information about CNS therapies, ensuring all interactions align with regulatory and compliance standards.
You will organize and lead educational initiatives such as speaker programs and local provider forums, creating opportunities for peer exchange and clinical discussion. Insights gathered from these engagements will be shared with regional leadership to shape local strategy and improve outreach effectiveness.
Using sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence, you will identify priorities and adjust outreach plans to meet evolving needs in your territory. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting, support reimbursement education, and ensure office staff understand access pathways.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a minimum of four years in a customer-facing role promoting healthcare products. You must reside within 50 miles of Melbourne, Orlando, or Kissimmee, FL, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data is essential, as is experience working in regulated environments with a commitment to ethical practices. You should be comfortable operating in dynamic settings and adapting to change while maintaining accountability for results.
Prior experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, or ADHD is strongly preferred, along with a background in launching new products or indications.
