Role Overview
This position serves as a key liaison between healthcare providers and the neuroscience product portfolio, delivering accurate, compliant information through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and digital platforms. The specialist supports improved patient outcomes by building trusted relationships with providers and ensuring they have access to current clinical knowledge and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals using a mix of in-person and remote outreach methods.
- Share approved product information and clinical data in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Connect customers with internal support teams when specialized assistance is needed.
- Organize and lead educational events featuring local providers to discuss treatment approaches and patient outcomes.
- Collect and share regional market insights with leadership to help shape local strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine outreach plans and improve targeting.
- Respond to customer feedback and adjust engagement practices to enhance effectiveness.
- Stay current on therapeutic developments and communicate complex information clearly and accurately.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a proven ability to engage healthcare providers. A strong preference is given to those with background in central nervous system (CNS) disorders, psychiatry, or ADHD. Prior experience launching new products or indications is advantageous, as is a history of mentoring colleagues.
Applicants must live within 50 miles of the primary territory city and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record. Some overnight travel may be required based on territory needs.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $107,362 to $166,750 annually, with additional incentive opportunities.
