Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- Demonstrated success launching new products or expanding indications in competitive environments
- Proven capabilities in leadership, strategic planning, data analysis, business insight, decision-making, and resolving complex challenges
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and executing strategies effectively
- History of strong personal accountability and leadership performance
- Capable of influencing stakeholders without direct authority, both within teams and with external partners
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in leveraging digital tools to interact and engage with clients remotely
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 5 years focused on Rare Disease or Neurology markets
- Advanced degree such as an MBA is advantageous but not mandatory
